Chocolate was believed to be a gift from the God of Wisdom and so valuable it was used as currency! With limited growing conditions Hawai'i is the only US state that can grow chocolate (yes, we do consider ourselves lucky!) and so we do! 
Our 3-hour tour is set in the lush Princeville Botanical Gardens where your guide will share the history of the gardens development as you sample fresh seasonal fruits and homemade honey. 
During your half-hour chocolate tasting you will learn fascinating facts and history of this intelligent plant and the happy accident that lead to the silky smooth chocolate we have grown to love.
